TJ Cheeks is a dedicated wife and proud mother of four adult children with over nine years of experience in the childcare industry. What began as a passionate in-home childcare service has grown into Cheeks Daycare Academy, a thriving childcare center where children truly “Play to Learn.”
TJ has devoted her time and energy to building a nurturing, educational environment that supports both children and families. She believes in giving back to the community and focuses on developing the future leaders in her care through creativity, compassion, and quality education.
Always seeking new ways to enhance the experience for families, TJ founded the Clothing Exchange Program, allowing parents to donate gently used children’s clothing and, in return, receive items at no cost. In addition, she connects families with valuable community resources to ensure the entire family unit receives the support it needs—because, as TJ believes, it truly takes a village to raise our children.
